Julie has been a Human Resources Professional since 1997, she gained extensive experience working for a multinational organization and then went on to set up her own business ‘Consult HR’ in 2008 after her 4th child was born. Julie supports clients from a wide variety of business sectors with practical hands on advice whether it is everyday HR issues or more complex employment issues.
Julie has been the Chairperson since January 2010 and believes that WIE offer a very simple but effective supporting network for women in business.

Helen runs Indigo i Coaching providing Personal and Executive coaching to individuals, organisations and businesses. With a background in Psychology and mental health Helen has been coaching since 2006 and has fined tuned her skills to help people from all walks of life to become more effective in their lives and work to their full potential whether at work rest or play.
Helen has been a member of WIE since she set up her business and is currently in the role of Vice chair with a remit of membership. She is passionate about connecting with others and values the support and networking that WIE provides.
Helen is also involved with Aware Defeat Depression, Princes Trust, L’Derry Rotary club and is a founder member of the Association for Coaching in Ireland.
She is married and has three boys that keep her sane and busy!

Tracy was the first appointed employee of Women in Enterprise and was involved with the overall design and development of the organisation from initial concept to implementation. Tracy was responsible for the design and delivery of projects over the past twelve years which have established the Network as a vibrant flagship of support for women in and into enterprise for the NW region.

Denise is the founder of Positive Parties ‘Change Your Vibes’, a training & coaching business delivering workshops that promote positive thinking. Parties are delivered by qualified Life Coaches/NLP Practitioners in an ‘interactive and fun’ way by combining music and games whilst equipping party participants with tools & techniques for a positive attitude to lead a more fulfilled life.
As a communications studies graduate, with 15 years employment background in community development, Denise always dreamt of having her own business. She says ”Life begins at 40, so I studied and became a Life Coach, a NLP Practitioner and joined Women In Enterprise as a committee member. Joining WIE was a wise decision as I have had great support from the members and made so many new business contacts and friends.”
Denise is married with 2 daughters.

Patricia owns and manages Nolka Design, a creative website and graphic design agency. Married with 3 children, Patricia worked as a project coordinator in the social care sector prior to establishing her design business 12 years ago. She has extensive experience in brand identity development through website and graphic design solutions, for SME businesses, voluntary organisations, local government bodies etc.
Patricia believes in the power of networking and is on the committee of Women in Enterprise, communications being her main role.

Eibhlin Boydell is the founder of Sound Communications PR consultancy in Derry-Londonderry. Her clients range from those in the arts sector, to sole traders and social enterprises. She was Communications & Marketing Manager of British Cleaning Council/Keep Britain Tidy from 2004-09. She is a committee member of Women in Enterprise – sitting on the communications sub group, as well as an associate member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and a member of the Londonderry Chamber of Commerce.

Originally from Brittany in France, Sabine has been living and working in Derry for over 20 years, and has been a practising Stockbroker for over four years. She is an Associate of The Chartered Securities Institute (ACSI).
She is an active member of the Derry Chamber of Commerce, a Board member of Women in Enterprise and is the Foundation Service Chair in the Derry Rotary Club
Sabine has spoken on a number of occasions at investment seminars, with topics ranging from analysis of the UK Government budget, asset allocation and investment strategies. She is also a regular contributor of financial articles and information to local business media.

Eleanor’s career has always been finance-related and she has previously held employed positions with major companies such as Harland &Wollf Ltd. and the Corporate and International division of Bank of Ireland.
Always harbouring a desire to run her own business, she became a self-employed consultant in 2002 , and is the owner of ‘Business and Training Solutions'.
Eleanor works with several of the local Enterprise Agencies delivering the ‘Start a Business’ and ‘Go for it’ programmes. She also works with Community Change and with a range of voluntary and community organisations and small businesses within Northern Ireland. This work involves the development and delivery of specialist programmes and 1-2-1 training, aimed at providing them with a better understanding of their organisation’s overall finances, and assisting them in raising the standard of their overall financial governance. Recently Eleanor has been working for Foyle Women’s Aid in developing their Social Enterprise Business – Avert Training Ltd.
