Unemployed or working less than 16 hours per week in low paid employment
Unable to raise all the finances to start-up a business from other sources (e.g banks local finance providers yourself etc)
What does the Business Programme offer:
Start-up Assistance – including help with a business plan, volunteer business mentor, Marketing Support, self help kits
Start-up Finance – Test Marketing grants up to £250
Start-up loans of up to £4000 for soletrader or £5000 for partnership
Start up grants – of up to £1500 in special circumstances
