Margaret is an experienced executive coach and consultant in leadership development. Her purpose, when coaching, is to provide a powerful developmental experience for the individual that will generate clear benefits for their organisation. She aims to help clients improve their performance, become more confident and fulfilled in their roles and more successful in meeting their goals. Margaret works with Managing Directors and Senior Managers in the public and private sector across the island of Ireland.
Margaret has over 30 years successful experience as a nurse, planner, manager/coach and executive director in the NHS in Northern Ireland. She understands the complex and challenging environments within which todays leaders and organisations work.
Margaret specialises in coaching, leadership development and action learning. Her particular skills lie in working with individuals and organisations to nurture leaders who can engage others, and inspire commitment to manage change and make a real difference to their organisation’s performance.
Her enthusiasm for coaching and leadership development stems from the outcomes achieved by individuals and teams, and from her belief in people’s resourcefulness and ability to learn and grow.
Margaret sees her role as helping people to give the very best to every situation and to be the very best they can.
Margaret is an Accredited Coach at senior practitioner level (EMCC). She holds a post-graduate Coaching Diploma in Executive Coaching/Leadership Mentoring from the Institute of leadership and Management and is a member of the Association for Coaching and the European Mentoring and Coaching Council. She is also an accredited Myers Briggs Practitioner and Action Learning Facilitator
