Sabrina Moore is project manager for Health@Work NI, an independent charity funded by PHA.  We are the longest established workplace health service in Northern Ireland,  dedicated to improving the health of employees.

We strive to support employers create a culture that supports a healthy working environment and in turn a healthier more productive workforce,  we will assess and develop structure wellbeing programmes and initiatives for employees using an holistic approach to workplace health.

Sabrina is also project manager for Age Friendly Derry & Strabane,  Age Friendly is a World Health Organisation concept and its Vision is “to build an Age Friendly Region that puts older people at the centre of planning, design, delivery and enjoyment”

Sabrina lives in Dungiven with her husband and two children,  Sabrina’s passion is promoting good positive mental health,  she delivers safeTALK,  a 3 hour programme teaching students how to be more suicide alert and is also a reiki practitioner.
